Construction and evaluation of a new triple-gene expression cassette vaccinia virus shuttle vector

► A shuttle vector pSTKE which contains three expression cassettes was developed. ► The target proteins can be expressed to high titer and continuously. ► The recombinant vaccinia viruses can be inherited stably. ► The pSTKE vector can be used for research into multivalent vaccines.
