Rapid detection of common viruses using multi-analyte suspension arrays

► A method of multi-analyte suspension array was employed for rapid detection of common viruses. ► We used symmetrical and asymmetrical multiple PCR to amplify viral target sequence. ► The influence of symmetric PCR and asymmetric PCR products was not significant. ► Multi-analyte suspension array is a rapid and reliable identification technology.
