Location of T-cell epitopes in nonstructural proteins 9 and 10 of type-II porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus

► Goal: identifying T-cell epitopes contained in some proteins of PRRSV type-II. ► Methods: pepscan analysis, lymphocyte proliferation and ELISPOT assays ► Target: spanning the sequence of the PRRSV nonstructural proteins (NSPs) 9 and 10. ► 4 peptides identified, 2 from each NSP9 and NSP10, that contain T-cell epitopes. ► PRRSV sequence comparisons indicate high conservation of these T-cell epitopes.
