⺠GAC biofilters as a pretreatment process in seawater desalination ⺠Microbial activities measured in terms of active biomass (ATP) and total cell count ⺠Biofouling potential assessed by transparent exopolymer particles (TEP) and AOC concentration ⺠GAC biofilter is an effective pretreatment in reducing biofouling potential.
