Proteomic analysis of the hippocampus in Alzheimer's disease model mice by using two-dimensional fluorescence difference in gel electrophoresis

► We perform the proteome for APPE693Δ-transgenic mice. Methods are two-dimensional fluorescence difference in gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry techniques. The expression of 14 proteins are changed in the brain. Aβ oligomers contribute to the expression of proteins.
