The characterization of gene expression during mouse neural stem cell differentiation in vitro

► Gene expression profiling was performed during short-term differentiation of NSCs. ► Cell cycle-related genes including Ccnb1, Ccnd1 and Ccnd2 were down-regulated. ► BMP and TGF-beta2 signaling pathways were identified by Ingenuity Pathway Analysis.
