Real-time evaluation of nitric oxide (NO) levels in cortical and hippocampal areas with a nanopore-based electrochemical NO sensor
چکیده انگلیسی
► Brain-derived NO is monitored by a nanopore-based amperometric sensor in real time. ► NO level is measured during the NO sensor's vertical penetration in mouse brain. ► The measured NO level is differentiated depending on the mouse brain structure. ► NO level is well correlated with NOS distribution density by immunocytohistology.
