PTR-MS measurement of partition coefficients of reduced volatile sulfur compounds in liquids from biotrickling filters

► Partitioning between air and biotrickling filter liquids is determined for RVSCs. ► Partition coefficients are determined by a dynamic PTR-MS method. ► Air-to-filter liquid partitioning was generally close to the air-water partitioning. ► Salting-out is assessed to be of little importance for biotrickling filters. ► Temperature dependencies (3-45 °C) of partition coefficients are included.
