The association between total urinary arsenic concentration and renal dysfunction in a community-based population from central Taiwan

► We examine the association between urinary arsenic concentration and renal dysfunction. ► The risk of abnormal β2 microglobulin increased with increasing urinary arsenic concentration. ► We found that urinary arsenic might relate to renal dysfunction.
