Dust-mediated loading of trace and major elements to Wasatch Mountain snowpack

►We collected depth-integrated snow columns at or near peak snowpack in the Wasatch Mountains. ►April snowpack had elevated trace and major element concentrations relative to March snowpack. ►Dust deposited during April was the major vector of trace and major element loading. ►Dust contributed both particulate and soluble forms of elements.
