Pesticides in water supply wells in Zealand, Denmark: A statistical analysis

► We performed statistical analysis on data from a comprehensive well database. ► Wells in urban areas are more vulnerable to BAM and phenoxy acids contamination. ► Sandy layers protect the wells against oxidizable pesticides contamination. ► Wells close to surface water are more vulnerable to contamination. ► We provide probabilistic models to predict well vulnerability.
