Development of spatial water resources vulnerability index considering climate change impacts

► We developed a new framework to derive the quantified spatial vulnerability. ► The vulnerability considered the impacts of climate change. ► They quantified flood damage, drought damage, and water quality deterioration. ► Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response framework was applied to select all indicators. ► Four indices were calculated by the TOPSIS, a multi-attribute decision analysis.
