Extraction of condensed tannins from grape pomace for use as wood adhesives

▶ Condensed tannins were extracted from grape pomace in water medium. ▶ The extracts were characterized by solution 13C NMR. ▶ The tannin fractions reactivity toward formaldehyde was studied by gel time analysis and thermomechanical analysis in bending.
