Application of in situ oxidation-resistant coating technology to a home-made 100Â kW class gas turbine and its performance analysis

► A 100 kW class gas turbine adopted with the in situ deposition technology was fabricated. ► By virtue of this technology, the gas turbine could be operated at the higher TIT than the designed. ► The power output and the efficiency increased by 42% and 12% at the TIT increase of 100 °C.
