- Microwave-assisted synthesis conditions for TiO2-based photocatalysts were optimized.
- S-doped TiO2 was found to be the most effective sample for the photodegradation of methyl red dye.
- Anatase phase and optimized TiO2 crystal size controlled photocatalytic activity.
- A volcano-shaped curve was obtained for methyl red degradation against TiO2 particle size.
