Photocatalytic degradation and detoxification of o-chloroaniline in the gas phase: Mechanistic consideration and mutagenicity assessment of its decomposed gaseous intermediate mixture
چکیده انگلیسی
▶ Two intermediates, chlorobenzene and phenol, were found in the gas phase. ▶ Trace solid phenol and o-dihydroxybenzene were found on the surface of TiO2. ▶ Mutagenic toxicity of gaseous intermediates decreased with increasing the degradation time. ▶ The gaseous intermediates have no mutagenic activity after 300 min degradation. ▶ The photocatalytic technology has excellent capability to decontaminate o-ClA efficiently.
