Magnetite nanoparticles immobilized Salen Pd (II) as a green catalyst for Suzuki reaction

► The catalyst was prepared by immobilization of Salen Pd (II) complex on Fe3O4@SiO2. ► The catalyst exhibited efficient catalytic activity for Suzuki reaction in DMF/H2O. ► The catalyst could be magnetically isolated with a permanent magnet. ► The yields achieved above 85% after the catalyst was reused at least 5 times.
