A simple and distinguished nebulizer approach to prepare CdS thin films

142CdS films were deposited by a simple and facile nebulized spray pyrolysis technique. CdS films belong to hexagonal wurtzite phase with preferential growth along c-axis. Normal dispersion of refractive index is fitted with Sellmeier and Wemple formulae. Increase in Isc, Voc of film with substrate temperature was realized from PEC study.
