ZnSe nanoribbon-Si nanowire crossed p-n nano-heterojunctions: Electrical characterizations and photovoltaic applications

ZnSeNR-SiNW crossed p-n nano-heterojuncitons with obvious diode characteristics were prepared through a two step of contact sliding transfer method. Under AM 1.5G light illumination, the crossed nano-heterojunction exhibits evident photovoltaic behavior, yielding a power conversion efficiency of ~3%.299
