Limitations in the accuracy of photoconductance-based lifetime measurements

► We investigated the accuracy of photoconductance-based lifetime measurements. ► Different measuring methods as well as different analyzing procedures were investigated. ► Simulations as well as measurements at different mc- and Cz-samples were performed. ► Deviations occur under low as well as high injections. ► The applied method and procedure have to be reported to allow for comparison of lifetime results.
