Synthesis of CuInGaSe2 nanoparticles by modified polyol route

► Cu(InxGa1−x)Se2 nanoparticles have been synthesized by a modified polyol route. ► The characteristics of the CIGS nanoparticles are analyzed and discussed. ► The current process is short period, and requires only cheap and simple precursors. ► The method presented is user friendly and suitable for mass production.
