Anatase TiO2 and ITO co-sputtered films for an indium-saving multicomponent electrode in organic solar cells

► Characteristics of Ti-In-Sn-O (Ti-ITO) electrodes were investigated. ► The effect of TiO2 power on the properties of the Ti-ITO films was investigated. ► OSCs with Ti-ITO anode showed a comparable performance to OSC with ITO anode.
