Supercritical hydrothermal synthesis of rod like Li2FeSiO4 particles for cathode application in lithium ion batteries

A rod like Li2FeSiO4 particles were synthesized via supercritical hydrothermal method at 380 °C for 30 min. The excellent discharge capacity is obtained after coating of coundctive carbon due to the interconnection between cathode and conductive carbon.
