High pressure volumetric properties of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ethylsulfate and 1-(2-methoxyethyl)-1-methyl-pyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide

► Densities of two ILs from (278.15 to 398.15) K and up to 120 MPa were measured. ► Correction factor due to η leads to variations of 1.2% in αp(T) and up to 0.09% in ρ. ► Minima in αp(T) curves were found for all the isobars in agreement with recent works. ► Gardas-Coutinho and Jacquemin et al. methods predict our ρ with AAD% 1.5% and 2.5% resp.
