چکیده انگلیسی
A simple and reproducible procedure for fabricating submicroband electrodes based on compact disk (CD) is developed. The edge of gold film in CD is utilized for fabricating submicroband electrodes, with width being thickness of gold film in submicrometer and length being tailored to macroscopic size. Electrochemical characterizations in 10â¯mM K3Fe(CN)6 probe molecule show that the fabricated submicroband electrodes display sigmoidal steady-state curve with high reproducibility at moderate experimental parameters. And submicroband electrodes possess higher current intensity than microdisk electrodes, although with smaller electrode area and current density, which is beneficial for electrochemical measurement. Moreover, Comparing with commercialized Au macroelectrode, the submicroband electrodes are advantageous in producing comparable current response although with much smaller electrode area for detecting Cu2+.
