Nanocomposite of electrochemically reduced graphene oxide and gold nanoparticles enhanced electrochemilunescence of peroxydisulfate and its immunosensing abililty towards human IgG

► A sensitive immunosensor based on the enhanced ECL of peroxydisulfate was developed. ► Nano-Au-ERGO composite was prepared through a two-step electroreduction. ► Nano-Au-ERGO composite was first applied to enhance the peroxydisulfate ECL intensity. ► Provide an ECL immunosensing platform for ultrasensitive protein detection.
