Electrochemical investigation of L-dopa and simultaneous resolution in the presence of uric acid and ascorbic acid at a poly (methyl orange) film coated electrode: A voltammetric study

► This paper describes simple procedure for the fabrication of PMOCPE. ► CPE modified with PMO was of high sensitive and selective in determining L-dopa. ► Proposed electrode showed good reproducibility, stability and low detection limit. ► PMOCPE was applied for discrimination of AA and UA in presence of L-dopa. ► PMOCPE was very useful in determining L-dopa in pharmaceutical preparation.
