Photoelectrochemical study of ZnSe electrodeposition on Cu electrode

► Photoelectrochemical analysis of the ZnSe electrodeposition on copper electrode. ► Photoactivity of the electrodeposited ZnSe below its band gap. ► New spectral features resulting from the Fano resonance were observed. ► Excitation within the resonance band result in generation of cathodic photocurrent.
