Preparation, characterization and photocatalytic activity of BaTiF6 and BaTiO3: A comparative study

Suitable band edge positions, higher surface area and porosity, higher surface acidity, higher absorption co-efficient and efficient charge trapping makes BaTiF6 a better photocatalyst under both UV/solar light irradiation.
