چکیده انگلیسی
⺠Optimal Control of temperature profile over work piece for induction heating applications considered. ⺠Considered system is a nonlinear, multiphysics system with spatially distributed parameters and governed by coupled systems of partial differential equations, for which a finite element model is obtained. ⺠A reduced model is obtained through nonlinear model order reduction using proper orthogonal decomposition. ⺠The reduced model is used to develop an optimal control law for the induction heating current using Hamilton Jacobi-Bellman theory. ⺠The control law developed using reduced model is shown to work satisfactorily on the full sized model.
