Epoxy coating destruction as a result of sulphuric acid aqueous solution action

Destruction of epoxy coatings was examined under the influence of ageing with sulphuric acid aqueous solutions (3, 10 and 20%). The ageing caused oxidation, blistering and porosity increase of examined coatings as well as their surface roughness increase.
