Extraordinary magnetization of amorphous TbDyFe films

- Giant magnetostrictive, amorphous TbDyFe thin films prepared by magnetron sputtering.
- Presents giant magnetostriction of 300-400 ppm at room temperature.
- Spin-glass behavior at temperatures lower than 200 K.
- Huge coercivity values were observed at T < 40 K reaching 2.5 T at T = 5 K.
