Photoluminescence properties of Zinc Oxide nanostructures on different substrates obtained by an immersion method

► ZnO nanoparticles form cauliflower-like on smooth surface substrate and porous film on PSiN substrate. ► Cauliflower-like formation based on nanoparticles chain of ZnO. ► Photoluminescence (PL) spectra are based on ZnO produced but different in emission intensity. ► Visible emission of PSiN at red spectra was covered by visible spectra of ZnO nanostructures.
