Concentrating orange juice through CO2 clathrate hydrate technology

- A novel orange juice concentration process was developed via CO2 hydrate formation.
- Orange juice has small effect on CO2 hydrate formation.
- The maximum dehydration ratio reached 57.2% with feed pressure of 4.10 MPa.
