Effect of Mecoprop (RS)-MCPP on the biological treatment of synthetic wastewater in an anaerobic membrane bioreactor

► More than 90% COD removal was observed at all times after start-up. ► Methane yield showed to be mainly unaffected by Mecoprop concentrations. ► Mecoprop specific utilization rate increased at higher Mecoprop concentrations.
