چکیده انگلیسی
► Ion-exchange resin D152H was employed as an immobilization support for YlLIP2. ► Molecular bioimprinting and interfacial activation were used to enhance the catalytic activity of immobilized YlLIP2. ► The immobilized lipase exhibited a much better thermal and pH stability, and wider substrate specificity than free YlLIP2. ► The modified YlLIP2 was applied to the enrichment of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from algal oil.
