چکیده انگلیسی
► P(3HB-co-3HV) was produced by Azohydromonas lata MTCC 2311 using cane molasses. ► Process was supplemented with propionic acid as a precursor of 3HV units. ► The bioprocess was modeled and optimized by hybrid ANN-GA/RSM-GA approaches. ► ANN-GA predicted 30% increase in response than at un-optimized conditions. ► Predicted optimal solutions were validated in shake flask and 3 L bioreactor.
