در این مقاله ما یک رویکرد جایگزین مبتنی بر یک نمودار جریان تصمیم گیری را پیشنهاد می کنیم که می تواند برای توسعه برنامه های آموزشی به منظور بهبود ظرفیت سازگاری بازماندگان به فاجعه و در نظر گرفتن آنها به عنوان یک منبع در فعالیت های واکنش مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. از 45 نفر خواسته شد تا قبل و بعد از سه درمان متفاوت (دو برنامه آموزشی، یک ویدیو) برای سنجش و مقایسه اثربخشی آنها در تأثیر رفتار بازماندگان، تکمیل شود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمره پاسخ دهندگان آموزش دیده با استفاده از رویکرد آموزشی جدید به طور معنی داری بیشتر از میانگین نمرات گروه های دیگر بود و رویکرد جدید موفق به تأثیر واکنش آنها به وضعیت فاجعه شد. این مقاله یک رویکرد مبتنی بر شواهد است که می تواند برای بهبود کارایی و اثربخشی برنامه های آموزشی و آموزشی در مدیریت بلایا استفاده شود. در عوض تلاش برای کنترل واکنش ها، در واقع، برنامه ها باید به افزایش سازگاری بازماندگان در بلایا کمک کنند.

In this paper we suggested an alternative approach based on a decision flow chart that can be used to develop educational programmes in order to improve the adapting capacity of survivors to disaster and to consider them as a resource in response activities. 45 individuals were asked to fill a scored questionnaire before and after three different treatments (two educational programmes, one video) in order to assess and compare their effectiveness in influencing the survivors' behaviour. Results showed that the mean score of respondents trained using the new educational approach was significantly higher than the mean scores of the other groups and that the new approach succeeds in influencing their reaction to a disaster situation. This paper provides an evidence-based approach that may be used to improve the efficacy and the effectiveness of training and educational programmes in disaster management; instead of trying to control reactions, in fact, programmes should aim at enhancing survivors' adaptability in disasters.
