Les espaces d'échanges pluri-professionnels : condition d'une pratique réflexive à dimension éthique dans les institutions médico-sociales ?

The multidisciplinary approach, which is major in medico-social institutes, tends to waste its capacities to gather different disciplines in relation with working rhythm's reinforcement. Indeed, the attempt to make profitable financial resources of healthcare sector strengthens the compartmentalization between professionals. In fact, informal exchange's areas become restricted. Based on an ethnographic study conducted with caregivers, this article examines the possibilities offered by multidisciplinary exchange's areas. More specifically, we tried to unblock the implicit ethical dimension of caregivers' reflexive practice. To conclude, those practice development's areas allow the emergence of a multidisciplinary healing rhizome. This figure can symbolize an “ethic community” which can take care of a vulnerable person whose the caregiver is responsible for.
