Droit à l'information médicale et obligation d'informer. Quelle information et pour qui ? Exemple de l'oncologie au Maroc

The right to receive medical information is fundamental for patients. This right depends on the adherence of patients to different cures and therapeutic approach, which aims to ensure a better knowledge of the different aspects of the disease by the patient and his family. Cancer is a complex disease, which often requires the collaboration of different disciplines and specialities (surgeon, radiation oncologist, medical oncologist…) making the access to medical information difficult during the treatment course. In this literature review, we will try to find out the various practical, deontological and the legal aspects related to the transmission of medical information in oncology.
