A simple method for the simultaneous separation and determination of 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanol and its N- and O-glucuronides in human urine by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry on a pentafluorophenyl column was developed.
