HYPER-Tools. A graphical user-friendly interface for hyperspectral image analysis

HYPER-Tools is a new graphical user-friendly interface (GUI) especially designed for the analysis of hyperspectral images. This easy-to-use interface works under Matlab environment and integrates fundamental types of spectral and spatial pre-processing methods as well as the main chemometric tools (exploratory data analysis, clustering, regression, and classification) for the comprehensive analysis of hyperspectral images. The main features of HYPER-Tools are the powerful visualization tools implemented, the availability of working with several images simultaneously and the easiness of the interaction of the user with the interface. Together with the GUI, several tutorials and videos are provided in the official website (https://www.hypertools.org/) showing the working procedure of HYPER-Tools step by step in different situations.
