Preparation and in Vitro Anti-Laryngeal Cancer Evaluation of Protopanaxadiol-Loaded Hollow Gold Nanoparticles

As a new type of nanoparticle drug carrier, hollow gold nanoparticle has the advantages of hollow structure, large volume, thin and strong shell, etc. The surface of the hollow gold nanoparticle can carry protopanaxadiol after it is connected with PEG-SH. In vitro anti-laryngeal cancer studies have shown that HAuNPs-PEG-PPD has a stronger anti-laryngeal cancer activity compared with the small molecule PPD.
