Efficient Detection of Environmental Estrogens Bisphenol A and Estradiol By Sensing System Based on AuNP-AuNP-UCNP Triple Structure

First, the gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and upconversion nanoparticles (NaYF4: Yb, Er, Gd UCNPs) were synthesized and surface modified. Then, the AuNPs and UCNPs with aptamer modified could get close linked by the total complementary sequence so as to form the triple structure. Efficient and convenient detection was realized through quantitatively determined by fluorescence and UV spectrophotometer when bisphenol A and estradiol existence.
