Progress in Molecular Chaperone Regulation of Heat Shock Protein 90 and Cancer

As an important molecular chaperone, HSP90 is involved in complicated biological process through the regulation of diverse protein substrates. It is found that HSP90 is a vital regulator for the development and metastasis of tumor. In this review, we discuss the progress of HSP90 as molecular chaperone and its relationship with cancer.
