Study of Efficiency of Coupling Peptides with Gold Nanoparticles

The coupling efficiency of peptides to modified nanoparticles was optimized by investigating the species of buffer solution, pH value, concentrations of buffer solution, concentrations of NHS and EDC, ratios of NHS to EDC, coupling reaction time.
