Mass Spectrometric Analysis of S-palmitoylation of Hemagglutinin from Influenza A Virus

The present study proposed a quality control parameter for acyl-biotin exchange reaction. Mass spectrometry, coupled with acyl-biotin exchange and affinity enrichment, was used to identify two S-palmitoylation modification sites in hemagglutinin protein from influenza A virus.
