Immunomodulatory effect of Ganoderma atrum polysaccharide on CT26 tumor-bearing mice

► We examine the Ganoderma atrum polysaccharide antitumor activity in vitro. ► G. atrum polysaccharide suppressed the tumor growth in tumor-bearing mice. ► G. atrum polysaccharide could activated NF-κB and stimulated TNF-α production. ► G. atrum polysaccharide could improve immunity and inhibit tumor growth.
