Hybrid monolithic columns with nanoparticles incorporated for capillary electrochromatography

► Three nanoparticles with different characters were incorporated into monolith. ► Better resolution and high column efficiency up to 290,000 plates/m were achieved. Mixing separation mechanism provides great potential in separation of complex sample. ► The repeatability and long-term stability of new hybrid columns are satisfactory.
