Evaluation of a new wide pore core-shell material (Aeris™ WIDEPORE) and comparison with other existing stationary phases for the analysis of intact proteins

► Aeris WIDEPORE is a new core-shell material, dedicated to proteins analysis. ► Reduced plate height minimum values of hmin = 1.7 and hmin = 1.4 were obtained. ► The performance of this new column was studied in gradient elution mode. ► This column was employed for real-life separation of related-proteins. ► Digested as well as reduced monoclonal antibody samples were separated.
